Nature Trails at Fort Canby; Cape Disappointment and North Head Lighthouses; Coast Guard Lifeboat School; Willapa Wildlife Refuge.

Jogging:
Walking & Biking: 28 miles of hard-packed sand. Walk along the Boardwalk or stroll the paved dunes trail and enjoy the ocean view. Drive on the beach at low tide. Plenty of country roads amid trees for the biker.

Horseback Riding:
Stable located near the Boardwalk.

Golfing:
Two nine-hole courses are open all year.

Fishing:
Charter boats available for deep-sea fishing. Also, fishing off the jetty, surf-fishing and lake fishing.

North Jetty:
Adventurous walk between Columbia River and Pacific Ocean. Fish for salmon off the rocks. (Not liable for this suggestion!)

Birdwatching & Nature Photography:
Great opportunities everywhere: marine views, lighthouses, wildlife at the Wildlife refuge. Whale Watching in season.

Fort Canby Interpretive Center: excellent display tour of Lewis & Clark expedition. Panoramic view of Columbia River bar, Coast Guard display of shipwrecks, Civil War fortifications, Fort Columbia Museum: Restoration of turn of century coastal military installation. Oyster Interpretive Museum, Cranberry Museum and World Kite Museum.

Oysterville:
Charming, restored Victorian town, church and schoolhouse.

Fine Dining:
Nationally acclaimed restaurants, fine smaller eating places featuring local seafood plus candy stores, bakeries, ice cream stores and delis. Enjoy The Depot Restaurant in Seaview!
